The launching of the new logo and image by Mr Teoh Seng Aun

As we proceed with the new image, there will be a lot of changes will might pose uneasiness to some of our colleagues in Andaman. Change is never easy though necessary and managing change remains the biggest challenge of any management team . As advocated by Mr Teoh Seng Aun, changes is part of life and it only matters we change for the better

I look forward to more involvement and participation from the business unit heads and the principals as we need the craft the vision, mission and cultures which are the pillars that supports the growth and change of Andaman Group. A wise man once say, a vision is the completed structure always formed in the eyes of the architect before one could even start drawing the plans and the mission is where and when to build the structures in parts while the culture determines how the people should approach the construction of the building.

Without vision, the building has no soul and spirit and will take a long term with a lot of undecisive changes and thus the finishing could be something else altogether
