We are pleased to announce that SHION has matured to its next level.
An initiative now headed by Jason, we now have 10 full time team member which does peer 2 peer coaching.
This is a club where you get coaching in your work and personal development in a structured and relaxed environment. Each member each gets a chance to present their challenges where all the members shall assist to offer related practical solutions.
This is also an avenue where cross learnings and cross coaching across top, middle and productive level is being encouraged. A wise man used to say, we can learn from all level of our colleagues and even from different fields. We have active member from Complex Management, Ecofirst, Meda and SEGI. To name a few, we have done the following:
