3. Windows XP usage & familiarity

4. Virus scanning thru Trend Micro Anti Virus software

5. Briefing on departmental folder Structure

6. Microsoft Outlook usage & backup

7. Tips on frequent problems faced by user

  
 

Group 1 : Sales & Admin and Marketing Department , Secretary  department and SFSS ( clerical staff only )

 Time               : 4.00 pm -5.00 pm

 Group 2 : Contracts & Project Department ,Corporate Services Department and Publications Teams

 Time               : 5.00 pm -6.00 pm
